My School Portal is an online parent communication and marketing platform that collates and displays all student information in one place. Developed in close collaboration with leading independent schools, its functional design ensures it integrates seamlessly with schools’ existing systems and data, enabling secure access and use by parents, pupils and teachers alike.
In addition to securing editorial in the target media we needed to communicate the positive experiences and opinions of My School Portal’s existing customers, and its successful partnership working with other educational software providers.
During the ensuing 12 month engagement, we worked hard to secure strong testimonials and positive case studies from My School Portal’s customers and partners. These were then communicated across various marketing channels including online, social media, PR and emarketing.
It included compelling endorsements from head teachers and key decision makers covering the Portal’s benefits, including its secure, yet simple functionality and its impressive compatibility with school’s existing systems and data..
We proactively negotiated opportunities to copy write influential features within some of the UK’s leading independent school sector publications including Independent Education Today, Private Schools Magazine and School House Magazine. This strand of activity gave My School Portal prominence and visibility with key decision makers in schools, and positioned My School Portal as an authoritative, industry leading voice on important issues such as data protection within the independent education sector.
